James joins the HFH Auto Group with over 17 years in the automotive industry, spent largely working in dealerships and performing a broad range of roles. He has worked with marquee such as BMW, Jaguar and more recently, Volvo.James' passion is Customer Service. One of his favourite sayings is "treat others as you wish to be treated". Geoff Arnold is from Christchurch New Zealand and has been living in Melbourne for 13 years, with Berwick being home for the last 9 years. Having spent 25 years in sales, Geoff moved into Automotive Finance and Insurance in 2011. This change has been fantastic and as Range Rover has been Geoff’s favourite car since he was 20, the move to Berwick Jaguar Land Rover was very easy. Geoff is most happy when he can put a Finance and Insurance package together for a customer and help them into their dream vehicle. Geoff holds a certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage broking management, so is well qualified to build the right finance and insurance package for our guests. Geoff is married with a daughter, 3 cats and a dog and loves sports, with AFL, both Rugby codes and Cricket being at the top of the list. Good food good wine and spending time with family and friends are top of the list and he loves taking his Daughter to her sports.
