James joins the HFH Auto Group with over 17 years in the automotive industry, spent largely working in dealerships and performing a broad range of roles. He has worked with marquee such as BMW, Jaguar and more recently, Volvo.James' passion is Customer Service. One of his favourite sayings is "treat others as you wish to be treated". Geoff Arnold is from Christchurch New Zealand and has been living in Melbourne for 13 years, with Berwick being home for the last 9 years. Having spent 25 years in sales, Geoff moved into Automotive Finance and Insurance in 2011. This change has been fantastic and as Range Rover has been Geoff’s favourite car since he was 20, the move to Berwick Jaguar Land Rover was very easy. Geoff is most happy when he can put a Finance and Insurance package together for a customer and help them into their dream vehicle. Geoff holds a certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage broking management, so is well qualified to build the right finance and insurance package for our guests. Geoff is married with a daughter, 3 cats and a dog and loves sports, with AFL, both Rugby codes and Cricket being at the top of the list. Good food good wine and spending time with family and friends are top of the list and he loves taking his Daughter to her sports.
Roland joins HFH Auto Group with over 25 years sales experience in the automotive industry. Multiple winner of Sales Manager of the Year award, Roland has most recently worked with the Volvo marque.Roland's success is embedded in the partnerships he creates with customers to meet their changing needs. His philosophy is based around the qualities of excellence, integrity and value add. His passion for cars is matched by his enthusiasm and solutions driven approach to customer service.With his wife and their 3 children, Roland is a family man who believes in living life to its fullest. He consistently challenges those around him to keep learning and live life to their full potential. George joins the HFH Auto Group with over 8 years experience in Automotive Sales and Management roles.After a very successful and rewarding career spanning 28 years in Information Technology, George followed his passion for cars and started his new career in Automotive Sales. His first Sales position was with the Land Rover and Jaguar Marques and has also worked with Saab, HSV, and Pre Owned Prestige.Since starting his new career he has not looked back, taking on new challenges, meeting new people, always striving to provide them with the best possible customer experience. Earning his customers respect and forging long term relationships gives George the satisfaction and enjoyment to continue coming to work with a smile every day.George is a very proud family man. Married to Mary they have two sons and their family pet Rocky the Staffordshire terrier who keeps the whole family fit walking countless kilometers every day.
